Where do we ship?
dropncop is based in Singapore and Malaysia, so we ship domestically to the whole of Singapore and Malaysia. We also ship internationally to neighbouring Asian countries (Indonesia, Vietnam, Phillipines, Brunei, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, China and others) as well as other regions such as Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Europe.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees vary based on location, size and weight of the parcel. Free shipping is available with order purchase over a certain dollar amount. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

How long do take to ship?
Shipping time is dependent on the location of recipient. Once the parcel is shipped, Singaporean and Malaysian customers can expect their shipment to arrive in around 2-4 working days. For other countries, it will take around 7-10 working days.

An email with tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched so that you can track your parcel and get updated of its whereabouts.

For Pre-order items, we will receive them in approximately 10-12 working days after release date and ship it out to you. For Back-order items, we will receive them in approximately 7-10 working days. For In-stock items, we will be able to ship it to you 1-2 days.


What couriers do you primarily use?

We use SingPost primarily or PosLaju/PosMalaysia for our domestic and international deliveries.


I live outside Singapore or Malaysia, so what if the customs withhold my parcel? And what about import duties/taxes?
That happens very rarely but in the event that it happens, your country’s customs will contact you and instruct you with the necessary procedures to claim your parcel - usually it is via making payment for customs import duties/taxes. The customer bears the responsibility of the cost of such duties and retrieving the parcels but we will be working closely with you to do that. Please contact us when it happens so that we can attend to you.


What if I am not at home to receive the parcel?
Your local courier will leave a note which will indicate the re-delivery date or self-collection at the nearest station. Please do contact your local courier directly.
